Edith Baker (Muscogee Creek Nation) is a leader in tribal economic growth, workforce development, and business empowerment. With experience in education, government, and economic policy, she has shaped programs benefiting Native communities nationwide.
Her work spans roles in education, the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, and the Muscogee Nation, where she authored a tribal ordinance supporting Native-owned businesses. Through her consultancy she partners with tribes to develop workforce strategies and bring emerging industries to Indian Country.
Committed to tribal self-sufficiency, Edith also advises on venture capital and economic diversification, helping Native entrepreneurs and tribal nations build sustainable futures.
